I really like the style of learning in this app. Just one suggestion would be to show the English translations more often or make them accessible beyond the first time the word is shown.
Really cool app design and learning style combined with a poorly executed time-gated limit. The whole concept is that you need only practice for five minutes a day and build a habit, however far you get in five minutes is irrelevant. However after five minutes the app locks you out, and opts for a micro-transaction for more time or a crappy ad that doesnt respond to touch interface. The five minutes also reset at a true 24 hours from when you last practiced, instead of a daily reset at midnight. That part is poorly done as well because it means I have to try and remember to practice at 8pm everyday and not whenever I get to it.
I love how relentless the reminders are and how easy the practice is. It is the perfect combination.
Hands down the most enjoyable language learning experience. Gorgeous illustrations and quick, addictive "gameplay"
Wish you could play longer though.
It seems like a good app for quick learning sessions, but I do have a small complaint-I felt has though it advanced me to a new set before I had memorized the words. Perhaps making it focus on words not fully mastered more than words the user has a grasp on could help this. Otherwise, the apps pretty good.
Love that I can learn visually during times when I cant use audio. Unfortunately, the "watch an ad to extend time" never works for me. Also, I cant figure out how to switch languages.
This game is really fun and helps me review my skills
The app itself and the learning style is great. Really great in fact, but the ads and timers are obnoxious. I would rather pay for the app than deal with constantly being required to tap on ads or pay more money for a minor amount of time.
Most everyone can spare 5 minutes a day. This app uses picture associations and spaced repetition to create an addictive app. There may be better apps for learning a language (eg Anki), but this is the one youll actually use
Nice app to keep you up on your language skills. Can do it quickly anywhere
can be used in elevator rides and in between meetings
I love it. So well gameified. So good for visual learners (all of us). Very easy on the brain. Just a bit simple for people who already know a good portion of the language but on the flip side it forces you to be patient and consistent; two qualities which (language) learning requires.
A fun way to get your mind sharp. They are not like studying either. They start out a little slow, then something clicks; racetrack!
Best. Language. App. Ever. (Hands down)
Easy to use. Great way to learn a language.
I was able to use this while working at a diner and ordering basic things from them
I look forward to playing almost daily. Some words seem to get worked in more often than others, but overall my vocabulary is growing while I enjoy myself
Fun & easy to learn
