I learnt many words through this app, convenient and smooth. It takes only 5 minutes everyday, thanks for improving it!
The concept is very interesting, taking the most from a 5 minute span to learn a language. Contains words and expressions from different subjects, supported my drawings. At the same time you complete quizzes to memorize the language.
Important: the new version started crashing on my iPhone 5s!!
Its a great App, that will strengthen your vocabulary and forces you to do just 5 mknutes a day. But these 5 minutes have a high effect. Also the pictures to the vocabs are nice.
This app is great. It basically encourages consistency in language learning. It is fantastic for building vocabulary but you are going to have to find other means to really build your grammar.
I like this app, its a good support app for using other methods to learn. Glad to see the devs are fixing issues. Doesnt crash any more, pictures show up, and I can see some incorrect words have been fixed.
Some bad moments
I really like the app, it is perfect to learn another language. But the "six-bug" is still there, the Update wasnt helping. If you correct it, youll get 5 Stars!
Crashes in the middle of exercises and loses progress
Also loses its novelty after a few days, starts getting pretty tedious.
Also way too many notifications.
Nine days into the ten day challenge, the app freezes on the screen for the number "six" in the French exercises. Does it every time.
Seems like it should be easy to fix. I tried the developers website, but there is no contact info there. I have other quibbles in what could be an okay language drill app, but this is pretty annoying. Lets see if it gets fixed.
The new update causes app to shut down when opened. Please fix
With the update, the app now asks you if you want to check out a new set of vocabulary once you have unlocked it. This is a good feature.
However, if I choose to "continue with the current set" for whatever reason, the prompt appears after EVERY SINGLE QUESTION. This is unnecessary and annoying. I picked "continue with current set," presumably I want to continue for more than 2 seconds. Please dont ask that question again within one day. I always have the option to back out and choose the new set of vocabulary if I change my mind.
After the french 6 incident, wanted to give a second chance but it is not launching. New logo looks better though. Dont download it.
